attached is updated UI

not on my laptop so may not show inline

some of the timing stuff is fixed:

• clock reset/free count is now correct and global
• haven’t tested for first measure timing but will be due to initialisation stuff and there is a m4l bug too
• grid pattern squares drawing is fixed
• added A&B *4 multipliers for duration
